Caylee Hammack is a country-up-and-comer who just loves connecting with her fans.
While backstage at the Mercedes-Benz Interview Lounge at the 2019 iHeartCountry Festival in Austin, TX, the self-proclaimed "hippie, in a hillbilly town" explained how she believes her music, and delivery of it, allows her fans to feel free to be themselves.
"I just love connecting with people, man," she gushed. "I believe music is the greatest thing in the entire world. It is a moment where you're supposed to sing as loud as you can, dance .. and that's what I try to do." She added, "I wear ridiculous clothes on stage [...] or dance like a fool... I just want people to be free at my show."
Caylee also opened up about her experience as a first-time performer at the legendary music festival, calling it "unreal."
